“When your LOCAL competition is offering services for a lower price than you had planned, which is in line with the industry nationwide, do you go ahead and stick with your pricing rather than lowering it?” Always always always be looking at how you can provide BETTER RESULTS than your “competition,” and how you can communicate those benefits to your people.
