My First Dance Competition
Baby’s first dance competition! Around a year after my father was diagnosed Alzheimer’s, I randomly found myself in a conversation with a Stanford professor who told me social dancing (Tango, Swing, Salsa, etc) is the number one activity in the world to prevent and reverse Alzheimer’s disease. I told my husband Devin, and he immediately signed us up for Argentine Tango lessons in Long Beach.
