Instant Change We have been sold such a bill of goods with this idea that it takes, oh, I don’t know, 30 days to change a habit. This is crazy! Like let’s say, for example, you struggle with traffic 40 minutes every day to get to work, and then you discover another route that would take half your drive time off, would cut your traffic time 20 minutes. How long do you think it would take you to change that habit? Change can be quick and easy. I don’t believe that habits are these Sisyphean-like, push the … Continue reading

My experience, definition, and understanding of Love have undergone a dramatic transformation over the last couple of years.
For most of my life love was about what I could get. I think that’s normal for youth.
My 50th birthday should have come with a warning sign saying, “Now we start killing and removing what you love.”
This sounds harsh and horrible… but it’s actually been a profoundly beautiful experience of appreciation, service, and surrender.s
I don’t regret this experience. In fact I’m grateful for it. Continue reading
I had a wonderful coaching session this week with an Abundance Day client. In one session my client killed her Money Monster 3 TIMES before she really got rid of it. My job is to keep the process going until the monster is really gone. Each time I’d ask, “Is it gone?” she’d find a little bit of monster left. And then when she met her new, “Money Honey,” he was … Continue reading

I actually believe people have to be allowed to fully embrace their victim experience in order to gather the wisdom, strength and safety to rise above it. One of the greatest services we can do to another human being is to witness and validate a person’s experience with full respect. I find that once a person feels fully heard and understood, that’s when space opens up to ask something like, ‘do you want to let this experience win, or are … Continue reading

I’m sharing my meltdown in the spirit of Transparency…
Last month I bought a house.
I didn’t even know I was in the market. But then I saw it, and that was that.
The house buying process was surprisingly fun and easy, and I even came in $50,000 under budget!
It was AFTER the purchase, when we had to actually MOVE into the new place, that I completely fell apart. Continue reading
