The Gift of the Worst, my own story:
I think it’s important, as we face the magnitude of today’s challenges, to remind ourselves what we’ve already surmounted in our lives, and the unexpected gifts that came from our worst experiences.
Earlier this week I posted on social media, “What is the hardest life experience you’ve overcome?” and I was awed and humbled by the responses.
Today I’m talking about the hardest challenge of my own life… a story I rarely share. In retrospect I’m amazed I survived.
