Morgana gets real and naked about fear
I had a very human experience yesterday– we’re talking full blown panic attack. Blech. I seem to have a new phobia.
But it came with a valuable lesson, too…
Please share your thoughts and experiences below, for the benefit of all us fear-feeling human beings!

Hi Morgana, Thanks for sharing, that reminded me of San Fran and the wonderful bridge and your sharing reminded me of my own terror and panic diving. My uncle many years ago took his own life by drowning himself and I think it was the weights when I was diving, that triggered my panic attack. Our life too is a journey with spirit waiting for us on the other side. We will all cross the bridge and face perhaps our biggest fear, death, to find that we are infinite love – eternal and there is truly only love, so yes breathe through all those fears, for they are not real, we are amazing beings of love and light and we are a small yet vital part of the macrocosm, we are all connected and love is the bridge that connects our hearts. Much love to you and for your work. xx
Your message to keep going is what I have been telling myself since Saturday evening. Out-of-the blue one of life’s bridges appeared for me to cross. I spend all day Mon and Tues on the phone looking for assistamce and hearing the canned ‘so sorry but we don’t.’
You messge is a good visual to mix with one of my Shihans saying do your best, let go and allow the universe to take care of the rest. So today I am focuing on what to buy my daughter-in-law for her birthday.
Thank you for sharing.
Morgana, thanks so much for sharing your story. It is a great motivator for me to push through my fear of stepping into the life of wealth, abundance and prosperity that I truly deserve and desire. That has been my pattern in the past…to get to the edge of prosperity and then let fear of the unknown stop me. I will now keep driving through my fear, hands held tightly on the wheel of my destiny and keep moving in the direction of being truly wealthy on all levels of life. Thanks for your encouragement!
How interesting to know that you and I have similar stories and experiences with bridges. After years of driving over bridges with no problem, I one day had a panic attach while half way across. I have no idea why, but it was real and bridges have bothered me ever since. But we much press through to get to the other side.
Thank you for sharing your story Morgana. I can totally relate.
I’m always amazed that when I do push past a fear, how on the other side the thing or event never seems that bad. The best part is now I know the fear can’t stop me the next time.
Great story…It is the life stories that help us the most.
Stopping in the middle of any fear, does not serve us.
If we do not face the fear…even with small steps, it will
paralyze us!

Hello Jackie
I thought I had a fear of heights to but I didn’t, it was a fear of falling from a height. The same as you not afraid of the height, if in something enclosed.
It came from a passed life accident where I had fallen backwards down stairs and become a paraplegic.
As a child I would slide down stairs on my bottom not knowing why I had this fear as I had never fallen from anything as a child. Our fears are not always from this lifetime.
