Magnesium and CBD oil at night, for better sleep.
Lion’s Mane mushrooms for brain health and mood.
Animals you can cuddle.
Hot baths with epsom salts.
Nature. Hug a tree. Go to the ocean or a lake.
Journaling. Especially with your Money Honey.
Anything that makes you sweat.
Alternate nostril breathing.
Supporting causes that matter to you.
Calling people to tell them you love them.
Practice gratitude for good things in the future.
