After all that snake year shedding… FINALLY we get to move forward!!!

But first, let me back up a little…

I’m an astrology believer as it suits me.

When a Vedic astrologer interpreted my chart many years ago, he predicted that ‘love would always be hard for me and I may never get married.’

WHUT?!!!

Being the romantic fool that had to imagine my relationship with money was a cute guy, just so I could be nice to money and have it in my life, this prediction made we want to throw myself off a cliff.

So I found a better astrologer. Her interpretation of the same chart predicted EXCESS of marriage–as in the 100 weddings my husband came up with when I finally met and wed my person–instead of lack.

Bu this year, something’s different. I’m hearing the SAME THING from a multitude of astrologers: they keep predicting a change of home for my earthy sun sign (Capricorn) starting… NOW.

And wouldn’t you know it?
We. Are. Moving.

And while I dread the moving process (I’m still not over the trauma of our last move), I am so excited about our next home.

It has good juju.

We’re moving into a sweet French cottage-style, classic Old Hollywood house (originally owned by a 1920s movie star, naturally), full of character and charm. We’ll be on a quiet street around the corner from the LA County Museum of Art, Whole Foods, The Grove, Restaurant Row.

The house has beautiful outdoor spaces, including a pool and jacuzzi in the back.

What a way to start a new year, right?

Which brings us to Chinese Astrology and the Fire Horse New Year.

I’ve heard some warnings about Fire Horse years being tough, especially on us natal Fire Horses (my husband and myself).

As usual, I choose my self-fulfilling prophecies intentionally.

==> This is my BIG PREDICTION for the upcoming Fire Horse Year:

This is a year to LEAN IN to fire horse qualities of Speed, Courage, and Movement.

What that looks like:

• Expect Disruption. Things are coming fast. Be flexible and adaptable to dance with change.
• This is a year for moving into a BIGGER brighter, more expansive place: literally (the new house) and/or spiritually (life choices).
• This is a year for Travel and Transformation. (Apparently the influence of planet Jupiter will make my upcoming 2026 Money Goddess Retreat the ‘opportunity of a lifetime.’ I love that!)
• This is a year for taking the plunge and Saying Yes to Adventure, especially when it’s a little scary.

When faced with a choice, I always recommend choosing what expands you, makes your life bigger, grows you into who you want to be.

That’s when the magic happens.

That’s what the energy this year supports.

There is so much potential to leap ahead this year a life you wouldn’t even recognize a short time ago.
