This is what “work” looks like in my world. A bunch of coaching industry leaders getting together to brainstorm about how to better embody our ideals of service, integrity, honesty, and effectiveness into our everyday businesses.

My biggest aha was I’m already pretty close to my ideals, and that feels nice. And I got to hang out with my friends, which was VERY nice!
