I was having a little battle with a poster on my Facebook fan page over the global financial crisis.
In a United Press International interview, I said our individual relationships with money must change for the world economic crisis to end.
A reader of that statement was deeply offended. She believed that our financial challenges are far beyond our ability to impact with our own personal choices… that the responsibility (and solution) lies with governments and banks, not individuals.
I agree that government and bank policies are culpable for lying and cheating and swindling… and only we can get our own lives back on track.
